<CRLF><b>The digital single-cable solution without program restrictions!</b><CRLF>The TechniRouter is the digital single-cable solution without a new cable! For the first time there is a one-cable solution without program restrictions. This has never happened before! Existing cable structures in residential properties can be upgraded with digital satellite signals from a satellite position without laying new cables.<CRLF><CRLF><b>What needs to be considered?</b><CRLF>Existing sockets, distributors and amplifiers must be replaced with satellite-compatible components to be renewed. It should be noted here that all components have a DC bypass and the through-boxes in particular have two DC bypasses. The DC passage is required for transporting the DiSEqC signal. The 13/18 V of the receiver are not required as a switching command, but to transport the DiSEqC commands to the TechniRouter. Of course, the existing coaxial cables must also be checked for satellite compatibility.<CRLF><CRLF><b>How does the control work?</b><CRLF>The TechniRouter-compatible receivers control the TechniRouter basic unit and cascade digitally via DiSEqC Level 1.0 with the EN 50494 protocol. The selection of the transponder frequencies/programs in the TechniRouters is initiated and carried out with this protocol. The TechniRouter generates eight generated output frequencies in the 950-2150 MHz IF frequency range, via which individual participants can receive all digital programs without restrictions. Both low and high bands can be received.<CRLF><CRLF><b>How many participants can be served?</b><CRLF>Up to eight participants can be served per TechniRouter. If eight connections are not sufficient, further cascades can be connected to the basic unit.<CRLF>If more subscriber connections are required, or a combination with multiswitches (star wiring) is desired, this can be done with the help of multiswitches from the 5 or 9 series, as well as their accessories such as amplifiers, distributors or taps.<CRLF><CRLF><b>Which LNB is required and how is it powered?</b><CRLF>Normal Quatro LNBs can be used. The TechniRouter basic unit supplies the operating voltage for the Quatro-LNB and also for any upstream cascade.<CRLF><CRLF><b>Return channel capability included!</b><CRLF>The terrestrial signal path of the TechniRouter is from this family designed from the outset for the transmission of the return path signals, so that the TechniRouter can be used as part of the transmission path between the cable network operator's house transfer point (HÜP) and the end customer's cable modem. Even if the advantages of satellite reception are used for television reception using the SCR single-cable system, they also allow the coaxial cable already laid to be used simultaneously for Internet access and telephone via broadband cable, without having to install additional feed-in frequency splitters. For this purpose, the terrestrial input of the TechniRouter is usually connected to the HÜP.
