For this reason, TechniSat will be giving away a digital TV every month. Join in! You can take part in the competition by completing the form and ticking the box saying "Yes, I want to take part in the competition and have read and accepted the terms and conditions for taking part". A draw will decide between multiple correct answers. The winner will be informed in writing. The prize cannot be awarded as a cash payment. All decisions are final.
By participating in the competition you declare your consent for TechniSat Digital GmbH to use your address for its own communications by post or email (where applicable) and give permission to contact you. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any time by contacting TechniSat Digital GmbH, TechniPark, D-54550 Daun/Vulkaneifel, Germany data_protection@technisat.de. Withdrawal automatically ends participation in the competition.

The promoter of the competition is TechniSat Digital GmbH Daun/Vulkaneifel (Germany). The draw is operated by the promoter.

Premature termination of the competition

TechniSat Digital GmbH reserves the right to abandon or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. TechniSat Digital GmbH will make particular use of this facility if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, tampering with or failure of the hardware or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
If such termination is caused by the actions of a participant, TechniSat Digital GmbH is entitled to demand compensation for the damages caused by this person.
